Set Up Your Connection
Add a simple ping command to your systems. You decide when and how often to send these status pings to our servers - every few minutes, every 10 minutes, or up to every 24 minutes.

We Listen
Our servers listen only for the pings YOU choose to send. We don't monitor, scan, or access your systems - you're completely in control of what information is shared and when.

Power Outage Alerts
If we don't receive your ping within 24 minutes, we'll send you notifications via email or SMS, so you know your location may have lost power.
